Here are some things to remember in order to avoid missed pickups:
Please be sure your garbage is:
- Out by 7:00 am
- Within 1 metre of the roadway
- Visible from the roadway, not obscured by snow, parked cars, hedges, etc.
- Less than 50 lbs for each bag or can
- Due to the regulations from the RDNO guidelines, we are unable to take anything that has yard waste in the refuse bins. Any bins that are contaminated with yard waste will not be taken and will be left. We do offer compost services and encourage customers to utilize this service.
