On a side note, we have gotten a lot of comments about being unable to reach our office and we just wanted to give our sincere apologies. We have unexpectedly become understaffed in our office at the moment and our one remaining, amazing staff member is doing her absolute best to respond to all phone calls and emails as quickly as she can. The hill on Hartnell was very icy this morning and our truck was unable to stop safely, even with chains on.
